    Heated at 63°C for 30 minutes.

  2. HTST (High Temperature Short Time)
    Heated at 72°C for 15 seconds : the most widely used method globally.

  3. UHT (Ultra-High Temperature)
    Heated at 135°C for 2–5 seconds : gives long shelf life.

Pasteurization transformed milk from a risky raw product into one of the safest everyday foods.
